FeedDoctor Scope and Terms of Use
FeedDoctor is a free file-validation tool from ZONIXWAY. Use it only for product data you are authorized to upload and process. Do not upload passwords, customer lists, payment data or unrelated sensitive documents.
Current service
The public checker accepts Merchant-compatible CSV/XLSX, supported Merchant RSS/XML and supported native Shopify/WooCommerce CSV conversions, currently up to 5,000 products and 10 MiB per upload. Conversion needs verified context and does not create missing product facts. Operational limits may protect availability. There are no active paid packages, subscriptions or automatic store connections. Feature interest is an anonymous preference survey; it creates no email registration or payment commitment.

Die Umwandlung benötigt bestätigten Kontext und erfindet keine Produktdaten. Ressourcengrenzen schützen die Verfügbarkeit. Es gibt keine aktiven kostenpflichtigen Pakete, Abonnements oder automatischen Shop-Verbindungen. Funktionsinteresse ist eine anonyme Präferenzumfrage ohne E-Mail-Anmeldung oder Kaufzusage.
Review every change
Safe formatting changes are proposals until you select and apply them. Verify corrected values before using an export in a production feed. FeedDoctor does not invent missing product facts, delete products to hide errors or update your shop. Your original upload remains separate. Corrected workbooks contain exported values rather than the original workbook styles or macros.
Validation limitations
Reports describe file-level baseline checks. They do not guarantee Merchant Center approval, eligibility in every country or program, live page accuracy, image quality, tax/shipping correctness, barcode ownership or policy compliance. FeedDoctor is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, Shopify or WooCommerce. Their names identify the relevant products and formats.
Responsible use and availability
Do not attempt to bypass upload, resource, access or rate limits, or access another person's report. Keep your secret job key private. Analyses are temporary and are not permanent account storage. Keep an authorized original copy and read the privacy and retention notice. Use the contact details on the ZONIXWAY website for questions about the service.
